For a change-of-mind return, the complete set must be unused, in its original packaging and in the condition received. All individual mask pouches must remain unopened. Used masks, opened individual pouches and incomplete sets are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Contact us before sending any items back. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and confirm the return address. Do not send a return without prior approval.

You are responsible for return shipping for a change-of-mind return. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover the necessary return shipping costs after verifying the issue.
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Include photos if available so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. The unopened-pouch requirement for change-of-mind returns does not prevent you from reporting a defective, damaged or incorrect item.
We will notify you after inspecting your return and confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
For an exchange, contact us first. The quickest option is normally to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
