How does the mask warm up?
The self-warming mask activates after the pouch is opened. No microwave, charger, or hot water is needed. Follow the timing and directions printed on your pack.
Can I use it without the rose scent?
Yes. Leave the fragrance bead intact for unscented use. Gently press the bead if you’d like to release the Damask rose aroma.
Which side goes against my eyes?
The soft white side faces your closed eyes. The pink and blue side faces out. Gently place the ear loops around your ears.
Can I reuse the mask?
No. Each mask is designed for a single use. Remove after use and dispose of it according to the directions on your pack.
How much is U.S. shipping, and when will it arrive?
